+ Leverage campaign results, analytics and direct marketing best practices to optimize communications for key performance metrics.

  • Manage and maintain the optimal operations of marketing systems, ensuring optimal data quality, lead flows, campaign tracking and sales enablement, and data integrity.

  • Provide weekly and monthly executive reporting on marketing operations, campaign performance, opportunity creation and departmental activities.

  • Evaluate campaign strategies and plans and make recommendations as to how the campaign can be improved to take better advantage of the platform.

  • Provide subject matter expertise in the current strategic best practices within the marketing automation practice.

  • Provide thought leadership and best practices in the area of marketing automation.

  • Create scalable, innovative approaches to obtaining, managing, and analyze data.

+ Manage global Search Engine Optimization & Marketing (SEO/SEM) strategy, lead SEO optimization. Feedback loops. Agile marketing strategies

+ Define a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy and collaborate with regional business units to build, apply best practices and execute a roadmap with standard industry benchmarks.
